icoutils software package provides Create and extract MS Windows icons and cursors, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install icoutils
icoutils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the icoutils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep icoutils *
You will get with icoutils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
